過流是變頻器報警Z為頻繁的現象。其主要現象有:
(1) 重新啟動時,一升速就跳閘。這是過電流十分嚴重的現象。主要原因有:負載短路,機械部位有卡住;逆變模塊損壞;電動機的轉矩過小等現象引起。
(2) 上電就跳,這種現象一般不能復位,主要原因有:模塊壞、驅動電路壞、電流檢測電路壞。
(3) 重新啟動時并不立即跳閘而是在加速時,主要原因有:加速時間設置太短、電流上限設置太小、轉矩補償(V/F)設定較高。

過電壓報警一般是出現在停機的時候,其主要原因是減速時間太短或制動電阻及制動單元有問題。
欠壓也是我們在使用中經常碰到的問題。主要是因為主回路電壓太低(220V系列低于200V,380V系列低于400V),主要原因:整流橋某一路損壞或可控硅三路中有工作不正常的都有可能導致欠壓故障的出現,其次主回路接觸器損壞,導致直流母線電壓損耗在充電電阻上面有可能導致欠壓。還有就是電壓檢測電路發(fā)生故障而出現欠壓問題。
