Full Digital Variable Frequency Variable Speed Control System of PMSM Based on DSP
摘要:詳述了TMS320F2812的性能特點(diǎn), 給出一種基于TMS320F2812和智能功率模塊(IPM)實(shí)現(xiàn)永磁同步電機(jī)( PMSM) 矢量控制變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的方案; 闡述了矢量控制原理, 進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件設(shè)計(jì)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)有良好的動(dòng)靜態(tài)性能,該P(yáng)MSM矢量控制系統(tǒng)可以廣泛應(yīng)用于伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中。

ABSTRACT: The paper presents the performance characteristic of F2812. The vector control system of PMSM is realized based on TMS320F2812 and IPM. The vector control theory and control strategy are expatiated in detail. The compose of hardware and design of software is discussed. The experiment results show that the system has good dynamic and static performance. This system can be used in servo driving system all over the industry.

0 引言
永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行可靠、體積小、重量輕以及具有較高的效率和功率因數(shù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn), 已廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)機(jī)器人、數(shù)控機(jī)床、柔性制造系統(tǒng)各種自動(dòng)化設(shè)備等領(lǐng)域。目前, 數(shù)字化交流伺服系統(tǒng)主要采用高性能數(shù)字處理器(DSP)和智能功率模塊( IPM)實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)采用TI公司的高性能數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器TMS320F2812, 利用DSP內(nèi)部資源采集電機(jī)的反饋量, 包括定子相電流, 轉(zhuǎn)子位置和轉(zhuǎn)速;以此為依據(jù)產(chǎn)生可控制的脈沖驅(qū)動(dòng)三相橋式逆變器, 進(jìn)而控制逆變器的輸出電壓, 改變永磁同步電機(jī)的電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩, 實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)的全數(shù)字變頻調(diào)速。本文介紹了以TMS320F2812為核心的全數(shù)字PMSM變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的硬件以及軟件設(shè)計(jì), 在永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)上測(cè)試并給出了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
1 永磁同步電機(jī)矢量控制變頻調(diào)速原理
三相永磁同步電機(jī)的模型是一個(gè)多變量、非線性、強(qiáng)耦合系統(tǒng), 當(dāng)采用轉(zhuǎn)子磁場(chǎng)定向(d軸與轉(zhuǎn)子磁場(chǎng)方向重合)的方法進(jìn)行解耦控制時(shí), 得到電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)矩方程為:
