YZM15圓柱面滾拋機(jī) Cylinder Rolling Grinding Polisher
本機(jī)床用于光學(xué)玻璃、石英、晶體、金屬模具的半圓柱面、圓柱面的拋光、精磨加工。零件作回轉(zhuǎn) 運(yùn)動(dòng)，拋光磨具由擺幅機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)作直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。可利用氣缸調(diào)整加工壓力。
本機(jī)床具有拋光液循環(huán)功能、停時(shí)加工功能、緊急停止功能。操作更簡(jiǎn)單、靈活，充分地滿足于高 精度光學(xué)加工工藝的要求。
The machine is used for polishing and fine grinding semi-cylindrical surface of optical glass,quartz,crystal and bl mould.Parts for rotary motion,polishing abrasives driven by swing mechanism for linear reciprocating motion.Cylinder can be used to adjust the machining pressure.
The machine has polishing fluid circulation function,stop processing function,emergency stop function.The operation is more simple,flexible,fully meet the requirements of high precision optical processing technology.
