The Design of Hot Wired Wind Velocity Measurement System Based on Msp430 Mcu 摘 要:構(gòu)建了基于MSP430單片機(jī)的風(fēng)速測量系統(tǒng),重點(diǎn)探討了能產(chǎn)生PWM的單片機(jī)在熱線風(fēng)速儀中的應(yīng)用,采用PWM(脈寬調(diào)制)給熱線供電,并利用PWM的占空比變化來調(diào)整平衡熱線溫度。系統(tǒng)采用恒溫差方式實(shí)現(xiàn)對加熱器的控制。此測量系統(tǒng)利用MSP430單片機(jī)內(nèi)部的12位ADC完成了其中的模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換部分,文中對系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件設(shè)計(jì)作了詳細(xì)的介紹。通過利用此系統(tǒng)測量實(shí)際風(fēng)速,所得的測試結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)滿足實(shí)際風(fēng)速的測量要求。 關(guān)鍵詞:MSP430單片機(jī);脈寬調(diào)制;熱線;恒溫差; Abstract:This paper constructs a Wind Velocity Measurement System based on Msp430 mcu, and mainly probes into the application of PWM to the hot wired wind velocity measurement system. This system uses PWM to supply power for hot wire and regulate the hot wire’s temperature according to the changement of the dutyfactor of PWM, and adopts the principle of the constant difference in temperature to complete the controllment to the heater. This Measurement System completes analog-to-digital conversion depanding on the internal 12-bits ADC of Msp430 mcu. The hardware and software of the system are presented in detail in the paper.We use it to measure the actal wind velocity and the aquired results indicate that the design satisfies the reqirement of the actual wind velocity measurement. Keywords:MSP430 mcu;Pulse-Wideth-Module;hot wire;constant difference in temperature; 風(fēng)速儀在日常生活中具有非常廣泛的用途,一直是國內(nèi)外設(shè)計(jì)的熱點(diǎn)。熱線風(fēng)速儀是人們研究的熱點(diǎn)之一,其是利用放置在流場中具有加熱電流的細(xì)金屬絲來測量風(fēng)速的儀器。在金屬絲中通上加熱電流,當(dāng)風(fēng)速變化時, 金屬絲的溫度就隨風(fēng)速改變而改變, 從而引起金屬絲阻值的改變,最終引起金屬絲上電信號的改變,這種改變是一一對應(yīng)的關(guān)系,因此通過預(yù)先的校準(zhǔn)過程, 測量該電信號的變化就可以得到實(shí)際流場的速度大小。 本設(shè)計(jì)基于MSP430單片機(jī)來建立熱線式風(fēng)速測量系統(tǒng),利用其內(nèi)部能夠產(chǎn)生PWM波和具有12位精度的AD進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 1、風(fēng)速測量原理及系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu) 1.1風(fēng)速測量原理
