動態(tài)甲類偏置組件的原理和使用

當前各類家用功放,以甲乙類放大器為主,即使工作于甲類狀態(tài),廠家由于成本等原因,使放大器小功率時處于甲類,大功率時工作于甲乙類。而輸出級一旦轉為推挽工作,其開關失真總是難以避免。功放輸出端出現(xiàn)開關失真,必將導致功放輸入級產生瞬時過荷和互調失真。揚聲器本身不是純阻性,當揚聲器阻抗下降后,輸出級靜態(tài)電流Io=Po/2RL-2:設計的甲類功放就出現(xiàn)開關失真,進一步增大靜態(tài)電流可以消除交越失真,但成本會大幅上升。因此甲類功放是以消耗滿負荷靜態(tài)電流來換取最大輸出功率,是低效率的“甲類音質”。                                  

動態(tài)偏置電路使功放輸出級兼有甲類不載止和乙類高效率的優(yōu)點,常稱為超甲類,功放輸出級靜態(tài)電流按甲乙類設置,當揚聲器阻抗下降時,輸出功率是成倍增加,是新技術,高效率的“甲類音質”。

筆者經過多年探索和實踐,總結傳統(tǒng)動態(tài)偏置電路存在的不足之處,根據(jù)當代功放的設計理念,設計了一款結構簡單、電路新穎的“動態(tài)甲類偏置電路”,用本偏置電路制作的功放其性能和音質可達到較高水準,如果電源有足夠容量、功放輸出管有足夠的電流輸出能力,即使在滿負荷輸出情況下、負載接近短路時,依然不會出現(xiàn)開關失真和交越失真。                                  

                                                               

原理簡介                                                                   

                                                                                                         

 因為這項技術正在申請專利,只能以原理框圖的形式做簡單介紹,見圖1,框圖中的A1、A2撿測功率級輸入端激勵信號并加以放大,分別控制電壓源E1、E2,使AB兩端的電壓發(fā)生變化。E3可調電壓源,確定輸出級的靜態(tài)工作電流。峰壓電路限制過激勵防止輸出級瞬間飽和出現(xiàn)開關失真 。                                                                          

                                                                                                      

DJ組件主要特點                                                         

                                                                                                    

1、電路連線少,共三條管腳,方便老機改造。                                                        

2、一致性好,調試容易,簡化了裝調工藝,便于批量生產。                                                        

3、具有電流倍增效應 ,適合輸出級多管并聯(lián),降低輸出內阻,提高帶載能力。                                          

4、具有雙端調制特性,能產生偶次諧波,美化音色。                                                             

5、可以組成超甲類,也可以組成滑動甲類功放。                                                           

6、調整外接電阻,控制起控點,可以小功率起控,也可大功率時再起控。                                   

7、存在問題:DJ組件無法進行溫度補償,老機改造需重新設定溫補。                                                   

                                                                                                          

                                        DJ組件連線方法                                                              

                                                                                                                    

1、  A接功率放大輸入級高電位端。                                                                     

2、管腳B接功率放大輸入級低電位端。                                                                                    

3、管腳D接地為動態(tài)偏置,不接地為固定偏置。                                                           

4、DJ組件上方W1調整動態(tài)偏置的起控點。                                                              

5、DJ組件上方W2調整輸出級的靜態(tài)電流。                                                            

6、通過DJ組件管腳A管腳B的靜態(tài)工作電流應小于40mA,推薦值為5-20mA。                                                     

                                                                     

DJ組件選擇方法                                                     

                                                                                                            

根據(jù)功放輸出電路的方式、或甲乙類時AB端的靜態(tài)工作電壓來選擇DJ組件。圖四功放輸出級是由BJT管組成的二級射極互補電路,工作在甲乙類時,AB兩端電壓VAB=4×0.55V=2.2V,查表一,應選擇〔DJ-2.0V-0755〕組件。上機前先將組件上部W1W2逆時針旋到底。                                                                                                 

                                                                                                          

DJ組件使用方法                                                             

                                                                    

1、將〔DJ-2.0V-0755 組件 按圖四連好,K1K2、K3任意,順時針調節(jié)組件上部W2,使功放輸出級靜態(tài)電流為10MA-30MA。

2、K1任意,K2、K3閉合時,功放輸出級為滑動甲類偏置,轉換效率低,但音色好,適合小功率輸出。

3、K1任意,K2閉合,K3斷開時,功放輸出級為超甲類偏置,轉換效率高,音色好,特別適合大功率輸出。

4、動態(tài)甲類偏置起控點的調整:圖四電路中K2閉合,K1、K3任意,在放大器輸入端送音頻信號,調整音量電位器,DJ組件AB管腳電壓在原靜態(tài)電壓上增加,其增加的幅值與輸出功率大小成正比。                                                                              

5、  輸出時起控方法:K1K2閉合,K3任意,順時針調節(jié)W1,使DJ組件AB管腳電壓上升。                   

6、  率輸出時起控方法:K1、K3斷開,K2閉合,調節(jié)電位器W,使DJ組件AB管腳電壓上升。                                  

                                                                         

DJ組件使用案例                                                          

                                                                                                         

例㈠   設輸出功率大于5W之后,DJ組件起控。                                                                     

1、調節(jié)DJ組件上方W2,使功放輸出級靜態(tài)工作電流Io=Po/2L-2=5/2×8-2=0.56A                         

2、圖四中K1、K3斷開,K2閉合,在功放輸入端送入1KHZ音頻信號,調整音量電位器,輸出功率5W時, 調節(jié)圖四電路中電位器W,使DJ組件AB管腳電壓上升。                          

                                                                                                         

例㈡    用溫控開關使功放輸出級在滑動甲類和超甲類之間自動轉換。                                  

選擇常閉溫度開關代替圖四中的開關K3,緊貼在功放管散熱片上,圖四中的K1、K2閉合,散熱片溫度低于溫度開關設定值時,功放輸出級工作在滑動甲類,轉換效率低,散熱片溫升很快,但音色很好,具有等響度特點,當散熱片溫度上升到溫控開關設定值后,溫控開關斷開,功放輸出級自動轉為超甲類狀態(tài),轉換效率提高,散熱片溫升得以控制。
