progressive
lubrication syst. The Digital No-Flow Timer incorporates a crystal oscillator to accuraby monitor the cycle time
of the
lubrication system enabling precision timed shutdown capability. An internal Lithium battery powers it, which is easily
replaceable.

DNFT無油開關(guān)

 注油器：整個潤滑系統(tǒng)的最重要的部件，美國Premier公司是全球最早生產(chǎn)盒式注油器的廠家之一，產(chǎn)品被全球絕大多數(shù)知名壓縮機(jī)廠家采用。Premier的注油器自帶減速機(jī)構(gòu)，客戶可以根據(jù)自己的需要選擇驅(qū)動方式、減速比、油盒大小和單泵的數(shù)量。
·分配器：分配器由標(biāo)有數(shù)值和字母的各個分配閥組成，最少需要三個分配塊。其特點(diǎn)為各個出油口的潤滑油排量按照標(biāo)定數(shù)值比例分配到每個潤滑點(diǎn)上，可以根據(jù)需要靈活組合閥塊的數(shù)量，整個分配器上油路相同，有一個閥塊不能工作的話其它所有的閥塊都不能工作，便于集中控制。
·過濾器：通常有兩次過濾，在潤滑油進(jìn)注油器前使用一個粗過濾器，和在進(jìn)分配器前用一個高壓過濾器。
·無油流開關(guān)：用來探知分配器的柱塞運(yùn)動情況來探知系統(tǒng)的油流情況，通常的為無油流兩分鐘報警，也有58秒、3分鐘的無油流報警。
·單向閥：常用的單向閥有單球和雙球的單向閥。
·油位開關(guān)：用來檢測油箱里油位的高低。
·驅(qū)動方式: 可以選擇外用電機(jī)驅(qū)動或使用壓縮機(jī)本身曲軸帶動。
