MW Industries公司近年來做了一連串的并購，并購的對象包括USA Fastener Group Inc.、Servometer and BellowsTech、Helical Products Co.Inc.、Maudlin&Son Manufacturing、High-Performance Fastening Systems、Futuristics Components、Mohawk Spring等等公司。
