二.結(jié)構(gòu)和作用
1.HW型泵主要有泵蓋，葉輪，泵體，泵軸，軸套，及軸承體等主要零件組成。 泵蓋分別與泵體和進(jìn)水管相接。2.泵蓋平面與葉輪平面之間應(yīng)有適當(dāng)間隙。間隙過小會(huì)產(chǎn)生摩擦，間隙過大，會(huì)導(dǎo)致泵體內(nèi)的壓力水大量回流，是泵的效率降低。實(shí)際使用的適宜間隙為0.3-0.7mm，間隙可用增減紙墊厚度來(lái)調(diào)整。
3.軸套用以保護(hù)泵軸，磨損后應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。
