堆高車電機(jī)的保養(yǎng)（1）為保證電池壽命，電池投入使用前應(yīng)充足電，充電不足的電池不可使用。（2）電池盡量避免過充和過放。電池過充和過放會嚴(yán)重影響電池性能和壽命。（3）電池液孔塞和氣蓋應(yīng)保持清潔，充電時取下或打開電完畢應(yīng)裝上或閉合。電池表面、連接線及螺釘應(yīng)保持清潔、干燥。如有硫酸，用棉紗蘸上堿液擦去，應(yīng)注意不要讓堿液進(jìn)入電池內(nèi)。（4）充電完成后，應(yīng)檢查電池液位，及時補(bǔ)加蒸餾水以保持液面高度。正常情況下嚴(yán)禁補(bǔ)加稀硫酸。（5）電池使用后，應(yīng)及時充電，放置時間一般不超過24小時。（6）充電時應(yīng)保持良好的通風(fēng)，嚴(yán)禁煙火。（7）出現(xiàn)下列情況，電池需作均衡充電。

堆高車驅(qū)動輪速度明顯降低或驅(qū)動電機(jī)嚴(yán)重過載：原因：電池電壓太低或樁頭接觸電阻太大；電機(jī)換向器片間積碳引起片間短路；電機(jī)制動器調(diào)整不當(dāng)而使電機(jī)帶制動運(yùn)行；驅(qū)動頭齒輪箱及軸承缺少潤滑或底座卡阻；電機(jī)電樞短路。解決方法：檢查堆高車負(fù)載時電池端電壓或清洗樁頭；清理換向器；調(diào)整制動器間隙；檢查清洗并重新加注潤滑油，清除卡阻現(xiàn)象；更換新電機(jī)。

堆高車起重?zé)o力或不能起重原因：齒輪泵與泵提磨損過度；換向閥內(nèi)的溢流閥高壓不當(dāng)；油壓管路漏油；液壓油油溫過度；門架滑架存在卡阻現(xiàn)象；油泵電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速過低。解決方法：更換磨損或齒輪泵；重新調(diào)整；檢查并修復(fù)；更換不合格的液壓油并檢查油溫度升高的原因；檢查并調(diào)整；檢查電機(jī)并排除故障。
